About Me

My name is Allison Dudas. I'm living within paradox and loving it. I'm a mama of 2 little lady monsters, girly girl hiker, a Catholic yogini, a Beachbody coach, a socially conscious shopaholic and an all around mutt who is equal parts in love with and broken by the world in which I live. 

My skills include hydrating, clean eating, parallel parking, headstands, spilling things, cooking (in the easiest way possible) and memorizing lyrics. I am willing and able to incorporate these into any situation, should they be needed and/or necessary.
